At Off-Scene Vintage, each piece we sell is one-of-a-kind and tells its own story. Because of the unique nature of vintage clothing, we aim to be transparent and fair with our return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description (e.g. undisclosed damage or incorrect item).
• Please review photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Vintage items often have natural signs of wear that add to their character.
• If you believe your item was misrepresented, contact us at info@offscenvintageclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in the same condition it was received.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
